As Salaam Alaikum, myself and my husband Amaanat Ali Khan have recently been blessed to perform hajj with the Sadat group. The experience was a life changing one and it is impossible to express in words the immense beauty of the holy land...I pray that Allah swt calls us again and again and our children can one day experience what we were so fortunate to experience. The Sadat group especially Pir Syed Sajjad Shah our group leader was invaluable in guiding us every step of the way and offered personalised assistance when needed, we never felt left out on a limb on any single occasion. What was moving to see was that he would not sit without ensuring that the group was at ease first and that no one had issues. I recognise that I may have been an extra concern for them being 7 months pregnant. But, they just upped their dedicated care and service to ensure that I never came to any discomfort- which I will forever be grateful for. The ziarats in both Madina tul Munawara and Makkah tul Mukarama and the Mawlid Mehfil's which were offered daily on the run up to the 5 hajj days were an added extra! They were truly educational, inspirational and moving. I would also like to offer special thanks to Pir Syed Gulzar Shah & Syed Awais Shah for their dedicated care, support and assurances.
